Membership Application

TOWN members shall consist of those residents of Waukegan, owners of Waukegan realty or operators of Waukegan businesses who sign the membership roster, support the goals of the organization, participate in TOWN's activities and programs, and contribute financially to the organization in one of the following capacities:

Supporting Member	$50
Sustaining Member	$100
